Finding App Store & iTunes Receipts via Email
Apple emails a receipt to your Apple ID email address after every purchase on the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple TV+, Apple Music, iCloud+, and other Apple services. Search your inbox for 'no_reply@email.apple.com' or 'Apple Receipt' to find them all. Each email contains a clickable 'Report a Problem' link and a full breakdown of what was purchased, the amount, and any applicable tax.
Apple's 'Report a Problem' Page — Full Purchase History
The most comprehensive place to view all your App Store purchases is reportaproblem.apple.com. Log in with your Apple ID and you'll see your complete purchase history, including apps, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and media. Each item has a date, order ID, and amount. While primarily designed for refund requests, this page is the best unofficial receipt archive Apple offers.
Viewing Purchase History in the App Store App
On iPhone or iPad: App Store → your profile picture (top right) → Purchased. This shows your full app library but not billing details. For financial records with amounts, you need the email receipts or the reportaproblem.apple.com page. On Mac: App Store → your name (bottom left sidebar) → Purchased.
Apple Business Manager: Receipts for Teams
If your organization uses Apple Business Manager (ABM) to purchase apps and subscriptions for employees, all purchase records live in the ABM portal at business.apple.com. Finance admins can view and download invoices for all app purchases, volume licensing, and hardware AppleCare plans. This is the correct path for corporate expense reporting.

Apple.com Hardware Receipts (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
Hardware purchased on Apple.com generates an order confirmation email and a separate shipping notification. To view and download your full order history, go to apple.com → your account icon → Orders. Each order has a 'Print' link that generates a clean invoice PDF. For AppleCare purchases, the receipt includes the serial number of the covered device — keep this for insurance and warranty purposes.
Subscriptions: Finding the Recurring Charges
Apple bundles several services into Apple One (iCloud+, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+). If you subscribe, Apple sends a single monthly receipt that itemizes each included service. To see what you're paying for: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Every active subscription is listed with its renewal date and price. Cancel here to stop any recurring charge.
What to Do If You Can't Find an Apple Receipt
If the email is gone and you don't see the purchase on reportaproblem.apple.com, contact Apple Support at support.apple.com. Provide your Apple ID email, approximate purchase date, and device. Apple can resend receipts for purchases made within the last 90 days. For older purchases, your credit card statement is the fallback — search for 'APPLE.COM/BILL' or 'APPLE STORE' in your card transactions.
